I contacted Ted Car Detailing for a booking, which I must say they were very prompt in getting back to me and were flexible in booking for the following day. However that is where the punctuality ends. I was told at the time of the call that they are a distance away, so the booking would need to be made for the following evening at 4:30 PM, which I agreed. I received a confirmation of my booking and a courtesy SMS the following day as a reminder. On the day, 4:30 PM rolls around and no one has arrived. At 5:00 PM they had still not arrived and no contact, so I called them. I was told that they had been driving since 4:00 PM, however the GPS says they won’t arrive till 6-6:15 PM. No worries all good, I also confirmed with them the clean will take 2 hours. 6:15 PM comes around and still no one there. It wasn’t until 6:30 PM that they arrived in a sedan, hose and cleaning products in hand. Given the 2 hour late arrival and dinner on the stove, I sent my hubby out there to talk to the guy. Multiple times this guy lied to my hubby’s face about why he was late, how long he had been driving for and when we asked for a discount on the service for wasting our time he offered $20- so hubby sent him on his way. Quite glad, given he was significantly under equipped for the job. Would not recommend if you value your time and money. Edit: as you can see from the reviews and responses, this company always has excuses. Definitely seems like they’re paying for good reviews. Professional businesses arrive on time and if there is a small delay contact their customers. It was heavily dirty and dusty from our dog and haven't been cleaning it for quite a while. Toheed worked really hard and did an amazing job. Thank you very much.
